Personal data will never be made available to any third party without explicit permission of the panel members involved. Data that are required for registration, will be stripped of any identifying details and will only be used for research purposes and statistical analyses.

Flycatcher has reported all its activities to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Dutch DPA) in The Hague under number P1007001, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens, or WBP). Flycatcher also subscribes to the privacy rules drawn up by Esomar, the European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research.

Flycatcher uses Secure Server technology (SSL encryption). This technology ensures that all data transferred to and from our servers, is encrypted and cannot be intercepted by third parties. In addition, all our systems are protected against viruses, spyware and other external influences. Only authorised staff has access to the systems.
